In this guide, we will display the steps to view Web Order Management via the ePOS Hybrid Admin Panel.
Firstly, log onto your Admin Panel at https://eposhybrid.uk/. Once logged in, select Web&Mob Management, followed by Web Order Management.

The Mobile/Web Order Management screen will now open, allowing you to view and search your Online Orders.
Use the Duration fields to specify the Date Range in which you wish to search for orders.
The Order Status dropdown box allows you to select between the following order status categories: Pending, Accepted, Cancelled, Order Done and Completed.
Next, select from the following options in the Order Type dropdown box: Eat In, Takeaway, Collection, Delivery or All.
The final filter option is the Order From dropdown box, which allows you to select between the relevant order methods: Mobile, Web or All.
Once you have made your relevant selections, click the green Search button to reveal the list of orders in question.
The below screenshot is an example of all Completed online orders during the month of May.

The following fields are visible once the data is available to view:

Date & Time of Order;

Slot (if Timeslot Booking is used, this will display the timeslot for the order);

Order ID (clicking the hyperlink will provider further details on the order);

Order Type (specifying between Web or Mobile App orders);

Item Count (number of items the customer ordered);
-
Amount Due;
-
Delivery Charge (if applicable);
-
Total Paid;
-
Payments (method of payment used by the customer);
-
Discounts (if applicable);
-
Points Collected (if you use a Loyalty Scheme).
If required, the data can also be downloaded in a spreadsheet format by using the green CSV Download button.
