This guide demonstrates the steps to updating your expected Delivery & Collection Times via the ePOS Hybrid Operator App.
To begin, open your Operator App and select Web Orders to open the Web Orders screen.
To adjust your expected delivery or collection time, select the appropriate + or - icon next to each Service Type - these can be amended in five-minute increments.
Once your preferred times are selected, press Submit to update the new times, and these will automatically update on your Website & Mobile Apps.
If you wish to turn delivery or collection services ON or OFF, press the toggle switch next to each Service Type then press Submit to update the setting accordingly.
If you have Time Slot Booking enabled for delivery or collection services, select the cog icon next to each Service Type to open the list of available slots, where these can be switched ON or OFF.
