Operator App Quickpay Guide

To set up Quickpay Mode on your ePOS Hybrid Operator App, open the Operator App and select the Extras button, as per the screenshot below.

After selecting Extras, scroll down to App Actions and select Settings.

To set the Operator App to Quickpay Mode, select the Business Type dropdown and choose Quick Pay.

The below screenshot displays the Quickpay Mode, allowing orders and payments to be processed on a single screen.

To access the options to Cancel Order, Open Cash Drawer, etc., select the green button with three horizontal lines to open these options.

To toggle customer copy receipts on or off, tap the green Printer icon to turn off Customer Receipts.

To process a payment using Quickpay Mode, use the payment buttons on the bottom-right corner.

The blue buttons allow you to process exact cash/card payments, with the red buttons allowing cash transactions to be processed allowing for change.

If you need to split payment methods, apply special discounts, promo codes or redeem loyalty points, press the green Pay button to use the standard payment screen.

If a payment is processed using the red/blue payment buttons, the below screen will be displayed confirming the total due, amount received and change due to the customer.

Once the payment has been completed, you can immediately place a new order.
