In this guide, we will detail how to join tables for online bookings.
Firstly, log onto your Admin Panel via https://www.eposhybrid.uk/ or the ePOS Hybrid Operator App.
Once logged in, select Table Management, followed by Online Table Join Settings.

Firstly, select Yes in the first dropdown box if you wish to allow tables to be joined for online table booking.
Next, specify the Serving Area you wish to assign the joined tables in.
After selecting the Serving Area, you can now create the table combinations to allow tables to be joined when booking tables online.
In the Table Combinations field, select the chosen tables that can be joined to make up the maximum number of guests in the Max Guests field.
For example, if tables 1, 2, 3 and 4 all seat two guests, and you wish to allow two tables to be joined to seat 4 guests in one booking, the following combinations can be set -
1 & 2, 2 & 3, 3 & 4 - each combination must be set up individually to ensure the required number of combinations are available for booking.
After setting up the combination, click the green Add button to add this combination.
