Cancelling Orders

In this guide, we will cover the steps to Cancelling Orders via your ePOS Hybrid Operator App.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Cancel Order needs to be enabled as a permission for the operator on Staff Management - if this is not enabled, authorisation will be required from a member of staff with this permission in place. Refer to our Staff Management guides for assistance in setting up Permissions.

Firstly, open your ePOS Hybrid Operator App. To cancel an order, select the Cancel Order button, listed above the Total on the bottom-right corner of the screen.

The Cancel Order pop-up will appear, and after Yes is selected, the order will be cancelled.
