ePOS Hybrid assures money back guarantee within 14 days - if you are not satisfied with our product!

We are quite sure about our product that you will be totally satisfied when you start using it. However, there may be certain circumstances when you may wish to return the product.

ePOS Hybrid is now going to benefit your dilemma by offering a Money Back Guarantee within 14 days of the purchase of our product!

ePOS Hybrid has absolutely no issues at all if you are in a dilemma of whether to keep our product or return in case you are not satisfied with our product. However, there is a time limit for making your decision. You have to decide it within 14 days of the purchase of the product. Nevertheless, we are sure that after experiencing the complexity and efficiency of our product, there would be hardly anyone who would wish to return our product.

However, the product you have purchased must be unused and must be in the ‘new condition' as you have purchased it. Once you have made up your mind and you have informed us of your intention, you still have 30 days to return the product physically.

As our warehouse receives the product you have returned, ePOS Hybrid will issue a full refund for the software to your actual method of payment. Kindly make a note that this policy has certain limitations and this policy is not applicable to the business customers.

In case you return the product for its faultiness, it will only be accepted if the product is deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer in compliance with the End-User License Agreement. ePOS Hybrid will certainly replace and bound to replace any faulty product upon receipt of the manufacturer’s attestation that the product is faulty.

Returns using your own method of delivery

In case you choose for a money refund of the product returned by you because it is faulty, we will refund as per the norms of our refund policy, which would include any standard delivery charges incurred by you and the cost of delivering the product to you, up to our cheapest delivery method. However, we will not refund the premium delivery surcharges. ePOS Hybrid will also refund the cost incurred while returning the defective product to us up to a maximum of £3.50. But this refund will only be made upon receipt of proof of the delivery costs. We will also arrange for the collection of the product for free. Please contact us for further clarification.

Products Damaged in Transit

In case the product has got damaged during transit, you need to report the same to us within seven working days. However, our business customers must report the same within two working days. If the product is visibly damaged when you receive it, we strongly recommend that you mention this point on the carrier's delivery note itself. Products should be returned in their original packaging including all accessories and documentation. As our warehouse receives the product returned by you, we'll issue either a replacement or a full refund of the cost of the product through your actual mode of payment and reimburse the reasonable return carriage costs.

Products Faulty on Arrival

If the product you have purchased is faulty on arrival, we appeal that you intimate the same to us within 30 days of receipt, in case you expect a full refund from us. However, our business customers are requested to inform the same within 14 days of receipt. The products should be made available for collection with original packaging including all accessories and documentation. Once the fault of the product is confirmed by our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you through your original method of payment and reimburse the reasonable return carriage costs not exceeding £3.50. In case the returned item is found to be faultless upon verification by our technicians, then we will return the same product to you. In such a case, you are liable to return carriage costs.

Products become Faulty within Manufacturer’s Warranty Period

In case any of the products you have purchased develop a fault, and it is already over 30 days since its purchase and the product under warranty period then the product is entitled to a warranty repair. In such cases, manufacturers provide a technician for a complete on-site service and/or online / telephone support facilities for your convenience, which we recommend you to avail in order to repair the damage without any further delay. However, for our business customers, all warranty repairs after 28 days of receipt will be referred directly to the manufacturer.

Your statutory rights as a consumer

The statutory rights mentioned in the terms & conditions in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty that is provided with the product will vary from product to product.

Under European Legislation, if you are dissatisfied with the way that we suggest to resolve any issue that you have with our product; that you have ordered through our website, telephone, or through our live chat service, then you may lodge a complaint with the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform.
