About the role

As a Sales Rep, you'll play an important part in our growth team. You'll be fully responsible for managing and closing qualified, inbound sales leads generated by our marketing department. You will be speaking with a range of customers every day, providing detailed product information, answering questions, creating great relationships and making sales! You'll be empowered to manage and coordinate your own sales pipeline, organising your day, scheduling calls and prioritising your leads.

What you'll be doing:

  • You'll be calling qualified inbound sales leads, learning about their requirements and making product recommendations
  • You'll be effectively managing your own sales pipeline, managing your leads and achieving awesome close rates
  • Preparing sales proposals based on prospect's requirements
  • You'll be speaking with customers on the phone, answering their queries, providing advice and creating a great rapport
  • You'll discuss customer requirements and identify opportunity to up-sell
  • Updating and track leads in our CRM
  • Always delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Be knowledgeable on all products offered, and team up with co-workers to deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintain personal goals

  • You must be confident, outgoing and have great interpersonal skills
  • You must be able to overcome challenges quickly and effectively
  • Be adaptable and be able to quickly think on your feet
  • You must be target driven and enjoy a competitive atmosphere with other sales reps
  • Proven track record, achieving impressive sales results in previous roles
  • Clear and persuasive communicator with professional telephone manner. You should ooze confidence on the phone
  • Be passionate, enthusiastic and motivated
  • You'll need to work under pressure and be smart with your time
  • Ability to manage your own sales opportunities
  • Willingness to learn, develop and grow with the company
  • Self starter, quick learner and highly organised
  • Keen to learn about new and emerging technologies
  • Be fun, friendly and build great relationships with colleagues and clients
