From day one, you’ll be an absolute rockstar! You’ll bring fresh, new ideas on how to elevate our paid channel activity and work with our Marketing Manager to develop and deploy record breaking campaigns. We’ll need you to:

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across paid social (initially predominantly Facebook and Twitter), but you’ll look at opportunities in PR, paid search (Google & Bing), shopping & display 
  • Deliver exciting ideas on how to elevate our brand awareness, create sales leads and drive e-commerce sales
  • Use A/B testing to distinguish best performing creatives and ad copy
  • You’ll be involved in various website projects including analysing user behaviour and creating campaign landing pages
  • Monitor key competitor activity and develop ideas on how we can increase our competitiveness within the market
  • Pitch awesome strategy and campaign ideas to the management team - everyone's ideas are valued and implemented!
  • Proactively liaise with Sales and Customer Success teams to review lead gen and sales performance as well as identifying new trends, ideas and content opportunities.
  • Work with the wider management team to develop campaigns that will support international expansion as we launch and penetrate new markets around the world! 


What we need from you:

  • You’ll need to bring strong paid social experience. At least 2+ years in paid social ( Facebook advertising is key) , preferably in B2B marketing but B2C is also great! 
  • Experience in designing ads and creatives, ideally with Canva or Adobe
  • Experiencing in writing engaging ad copy
  • Understanding of developing marketing campaigns across all levels of the marketing funnel
  • Proactive in recognising opportunities and coming up with campaign ideas to pitch to the wider marketing team
  • You must be passionate about marketing and be determined to achieve big things in your career
  • Based in Edinburgh or within commutable distance to our office 
  • A go getter, ready to take over the world with epic marketing ideas


Beneficial skills:

You’ll get bonus points if you have the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t, we will provide a full training program and will give you on-going support:

  • Experience with Twitter ads
  • Experience in Google Ads and Shopping campaigns
  • Running Amazon ads and Amazon shops
  • Liaising with external PR agencies
  • Account based marketing (ABM) experience or knowledge in creating long term nurturing campaigns in the enterprise market
  • Experience of using marketing automation
  • Working with e-commerce platforms, and knowledge of conversion and cart abandonment rates
  • Experience of using at least one content management system to update websites and publish content
  • Experience of using at least one email platform
